What happens if I don’t pay?

If you have an outstanding invoice, Flexado may suspend your services by stopping mail processing. After two unpaid invoices, your agreement will be automatically terminated and the location will be instructed to return all your mail to the sender. In addition, a request for deregistration of the address will be submitted to the commercial register.
