In the case of a new company, this copy must be submitted within two weeks after establishment.<\/p>\n\n<p>A <strong>copy of your passport\/driver license.<\/strong> A verification of identity is also required for a registration address. Read <a href=\"https:\/\/help.flexado.com\/hoe-kan-ik-mij-legaliseren-voor-flexado\/\">here<\/a> more about the identification.<br\/><br\/><strong>Proof of home address<\/strong> (maximum 3 months old). For example:<br\/>&#8211; Bill of a utility company (gas, water, electricity).<br\/>&#8211; Bill of a telecom, internet, or television provider.<br\/>&#8211; Proof of registration in the Municipal Personal Records Database.<br\/>&#8211; Bill of municipal taxes.<br\/>&#8211; Letter from the tax authorities.<br\/>&#8211; Bank statement (all irrelevant data can be made illegible).<\/p>\n\n<p>It may happen that other documents are required to build up our internal file.
