By signing this form, you authorise Flexado B.V. to send a business collection order to your bank on a continuous basis to debit an amount from your account and to your bank to debit an amount from your account on a continuous basis in accordance with Flexado B.V.’s instructions.

This authorisation is for business-to-business direct debit transactions only. After debit, you have no right to have the amount reversed. You do have the right to ask your bank not to debit the amount from your account. You can do so up to and including the day the write-off would take place. Ask your bank about the conditions.

Please note that your bank may only debit the business SEPA direct debit from your account if you have registered the authorisation details with your bank. Ask your bank how to do this.
