What is a business postal address?

With a postal address provided by Flexado, a business appearance is within reach. You can use a business postal address in all your communication material, for example on your website, business cards or stationery. You can only register a business postal address as a branch office at the Chamber of Commerce.

By upgrading a business postal address to a Service office, you can register your company as a main office at this address (for example, at the Chamber of Commerce).

What is a Service office?

By choosing a Service office, your company benefits from the presence of a professional office at a fraction of the cost of a traditional office.

By upgrading the business postal address to a Service office, you can not only use our address for all your communication material, but also as a head office at, for example, the Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to a Service office, you can also choose our telephone service, which means you can always be reached on a regional telephone number. Professional handling of your telephone calls by one of our operators is of course also possible.

What is my notice period?

All our agreements have one notice period of 3 full calendar months towards the end of the (extended) agreement. If you choose a payment frequency of more than 3 months, the duration of the agreement is equal to the chosen payment frequency. If the agreement is not terminated or not terminated in time, the agreement will automatically be extended for the same duration.

What is the difference between a business mailing address and a service office?

You can use a business postal address as a branch office and on all your communication material. A Service office can be used as a head office and on all your communication material.

How soon can I start my service?

At Flexado it is possible to start your service within one working day. As soon as all necessary information and documents have been supplied, the start-up is quickly arranged by Flexado.

What is the term of an agreement?

Can I register my company with the Chamber of Commerce?

If you choose a Service office, you can register your company at our address at the Chamber of Commerce. This is not possible with a business postal address.

Which postal instruction can I choose?

You can choose from three different postal instructions:

  • Forwarding by post (price depending on shipping);
  • Scan (€ 0.50 per page);
  • Pick up on location (free of charge);

If you choose to scan, you can choose that we store the mail for 3 months after which they are destroyed. Another option is that we send the scanned mail items by post after we have scanned them. In addition to the costs for scanning, you also pay the costs for forwarding. Finally, you can choose to keep the postal items for you for the duration of your contract. In addition to the costs for scanning, this option costs € 5 per month.
