With the deposit you have two options:
- Upfront deposit – You pay a deposit equal to two months of the service fee. No VAT applies.
- Monthly administrative fee – Instead of a one-time deposit, you pay a monthly administrative fee of 5% of the service fee. VAT applies. This fee is non-refundable and therefore not officially considered a deposit.
