The available mail handling options depend on the location you select. In general, the following options are offered:
- Pick up on location – Collect your mail during office hours.
- Scan & Upload – Your mail is opened at the location,
scanned, and securely uploaded to your Flexado portal.
With scanning, you can choose from three options:
- Scan & Destroy – Original mail items are destroyed after 1 month.
- Scan & Forward – Original mail items are forwarded to an address of your choice.
- Scan & Archive – Original mail items will remain stored at the business center of your registered address. You may request forwarding at any time.
